Production of thermoplastic injection molding started in April 1994. We venture into silicone rubber molding due to bigger demand in early 1997. Silicone rubber components contribute about 65% of our products.
Precise Technologies Production has evolved from basic production set-up to current manufacturing practice that emphasized on the importance of Lean Management System. Full support from top management inculcating lean concepts to ensure good practice of waste elimination in the operation. Company is striving in putting greatest effort to increase productivity and improve quality. Extensive adaptation of lean tools such as Values Stream Mapping, Waste Walk and 5S Gemba are used to improve work areas for production employees.
Besides that, Precise Technologies has embarked in many improvement activities with Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) and currently are engaging many collaborating activities to support others SME’s in lean implementation and other improvement activities
